I have to say I love this place. Dr Skipper and his crew are incredible. They re-mounted a crown back on that they did not put on in the first place with no charge, I really appreciated it! You may find the wait times to get in sometimes our lengthy but, that's a good sign that they are extremely busy for the job well done. I highly recommend this office! This review is for the office of Silverdale smiles. Worst customer service ever. I had made calls regarding my my crown which cracked and needed replacement after less than 2 years.
I called the office on 7/24, 8/30, 8/8, 8/12, 8/14. Some seemed concerned with my problem, some seemed didn’t care. They said they needed to speak to the manager about the issue. However, within all those calls, the manager is NEVER there. I had to explain the situations EVERY single time I called. They said they will leave a massage to the manager and marked it as URGENT for her to call me back. Still not a single call back.
I had come to this office many times and received many service from them before. To be treated like this is very unacceptable.
