We are so glad we stumbled onto this hotel, it was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday! We would highly recommend it! Our room was beautiful with lovely details. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

The owners are wonderful people who were willing to help with anything we needed. It was hard not to walk away with a smile after a conversation with either of them.

Parts of the building are still undergoing renovation and yet everything was spotlessly clean. I am excited to return and see more of the building and what marvelous changes happen.

It’s amazing to see the property and the changes that are happening. Love that the owners found this abandoned place and saw the potential. Rooms are beautifully done, and the bed in the Snowy Owl was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The family who owns the place was incredibly friendly and kind. I appreciate having an interesting, comfortable place to stay as I made my way on a cross-country move. Also convenient access right off I-90. It was really the perfect overnight rest.

A note for guests: This is a place to be considerate of those around you. The building is obviously very old and things can be kind of loud. Overnight while everyone was asleep was VERY quiet. In the morning there were people repeatedly slamming room doors at like 6:30. Be conscious of the noise your actions are making and everyone can have a happy, restful stay.
