Ken is very dedicated and seasoned at what he does. He was ahead of the curve before anything bad could happen and had a plan for every scenario. Ken was always available and responded within minutes, sometimes sooner! We really felt confident and knew he had our best interest at state. Do to the inexperience of the buyers agent things really could've taken a turn for the worse. He was on them and got stuff done. His knowledge and resources were far above all the other realtors. His experience in marketing was unbelievably higher than my friends agents who were selling their homes at the same time. We got over 100 people go through during open house and they had maybe a dozen. He's been doing this forever and you need someone who has already been through the fire and can foresee what could happen. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us sell our home!!
