Clean and spacious establishment.
Nice fusion mash-up of Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai selections.
Good lunch specials with soup, Vietnamese roll, choice of rice and protein. Portion was sizeable.
My Kung Pao chicken was excellent. Lots of tender meat. Great sauce. Just the right amount of veggies. Served piping hot (temperature) and tasted very fresh.
Only thing I didn’t like were the cilantro leaves on my hot & sour soup - I prefer chopped green onion.

Simon's is definitely one of the best restaurants in Port Orchard. A cuisine that is varied and there is no doubt you'll find a favorite that'll keep you coming back for more. One favorite I'll mention is the Garlic Butter Fried Chicken Wings, a must eat every visit.
Bottom line; Simon's is one of our Family's Favorites!!! Swing by and make it your Family's Favorite too.
Update 2020: Simon's remains a definite stop for good eats. My new go to meal is the 9 Flavored Beef with a cold Tsingtao. It's picture #4! If you haven't stopped in, do so, you want regret.
Happy happy mouth. Sometimes fusions don't do any well. We ordered the Thai curry eggplant and sesame beef. Great choices. The sesame beef, a favorite , was crispy, delicious, and the perfect amount of sweetness. The eggplant was new to us. Thai taste nailed. Veggies perfect. Delicious We will be back!
