Had an issue with my phone and had gone to so many places . Almost everywhere I went came up with so many problems with the phone and wanted to charge an imaginable price and to top it off they would have it 3 days later. Was recommended to come to this place and guess what??? It was fixed in less than a minute !!! They also have really awesome accessories for your phones and very good prices compared to others since I did stop by at least 5 places today here in Vancouver . This place for sure will be my place to repair and find accesories for my phone! Recommend highly. Truly truly trustworthy! Thank you!

Highly recommend this place. I go back to this place whenever I have issues with my phone, and I have had a wonderful experience every single time.
Their service is outstandingly great, and the customer service exceeds my expectations every time. I am always patiently and eagerly helped by the workers, and I have to say I am looking forward to be helped at this place when my phone has issues. Just recently I broke my screen again, and my experience of getting it fixed was exceptionally pleasant.
They also often have some type of discounts, which I love.

I cannot afford to keep up with all the new iPhones, so I generally buy a used older model that’s a few generations behind the current model and upgrade every few years. This strategy has served me well in saving money, and Simple Phone Solutions is the best place to shop for used iPhones. The service is friendly, fast, and affordable. That is a rare combination in this economy. The young man working there was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and gave me a great deal on a phone that isn’t too old with a case and a screen protector. I will be going back to them for all my phone needs.
