Incorrect item was sent. After several back and forth emails, with pictures outlining the discrepancies, the company agreed to issue a full refund. I had to remind them after a week to send the return postage only to learn they refused to issue a refund after I sent the item back. Thankfully I used PayPal and was able to recover my money. Buyer beware.
