I was looking for someone who can fix a Noritz tankless water heater and found the Pipe Doctors from the Noritz website. They're very responsive, and nice to deal with. The technician was super knowledgeable and I he was quick to offer solutions that aren't the "most expensive" options. After the first visit, I added them to my contacts. A couple of weeks later I had a problem with a slow draining sink. Turns out there was nothing wrong so it was just a house call charge. Another plumber could have told me I needed snaking/cleaning/etc. and I would have said, sure, but it was nice to see that wasn't necessary. Two weeks later, the technician followed up to see if the drain was still functioning properly. So yes, I would whole-heartedly recommend Pipe Doctors Plumbing.

Excellent Service and Products at a fair price. I like that everything is thoroughly explained to you beforehand. Simple Water Heater is an excellent solution for your water heating needs. Also, don't forget to use them for servicing to ensure a longer life for your tankless water heater.

Alonzo was absolutely amazing! We were able to get him same day within a few hours though I know that's not guaranteed. 🤣 All of our issues were fixed with professionalism and cleanliness and he was just a delight to interact with. I would highly recommend this company and I'll be using them to refer to my clients as I'm a real estate agent.
