A couple months ago, my boyfriend and I were in Spokane to attend a comedy show and I randomly decided to look up if anywhere in town had permanent jewelry. I had been wanting a permanent ankle bracelet for years, but it was hard to find anywhere that had them. I recently had been seeing a store advertising permanent jewelry on Instagram, but they were still about three hours away from me and were never open on my days off from work, which is what prompted my search on our trip as it appears to be getting more popular. When I searched in Spokane, Simple Wildflower popped up with a few good reviews, and I thought "Why not?" My boyfriend and I did a walk-in when they had no appointments scheduled and the two owners were absolutely wonderful. I found a chain type I wanted, and a couple of charms to accessorize it with, and one of the owners went to work! She tried an idea or two with the charms and gave me a couple of suggestions on how they would look best. She had me try walking and standing with the anklet a couple of times to get the fit and look right that I wanted. The owners were both very chatty and friendly as well. The whole experience maybe took 30 minutes if that, and I walked out extremely happy with my purchase and experience, and the chain and charms I chose were only around $120. The only thing I would maybe want is a bigger selection of charms as I've seen some shops that advertise more. I have shown off my anklet to many people I know, and everyone thinks it's pretty and adorable. I would definitely recommend this shop for your permanent jewelry needs!

This was a very disappointing experience. I purchased a permanent sterling silver bracelet and after just one shower it immediately tarnished. When I went in to see what could be done, I was told all sales were final and to simply clean it. I am very disappointed in the quality of this $100 "sterling silver" product.
Hello Jessica,
Yes I have tried cleaning the jewelry but it still has a gold tinge to it. I am just being fully transparent with my experience with your product and hopefully help people make informed decisions with permanent sterling silver that can tarnish less than 24 hours after purchase. Also, I paid $101.16 for the bracelet after everything was said and done.

Loved my experience with Jessica getting four different permanent jewelry pieces! It was super quick and simple and she was personable and professional during my appointment. My jewelry is still in perfect condition and isn’t ever uncomfortable, which I was worried about! I hardly notice it. I would love to take my daughter back to get a bracelet from her!
