Called to make sure the freezer he posted on Craigslist was still available, and he said it was. I drove the 45 minutes to pick it up, and when I got there he said " Do you have anyone with you to load it, because I'm not going to help you." I told him I did not, and his reply was, "Well you can pay for it and then come pick it up later." I said no, I'm not going to drive the 45 min one way at a later time. I asked if he had a dolly I could use and he said yes. I said what about ramps, he said, "yeah, but can't use them." Luckly there were 3 guys getting off work in the next building, that said they would help me load it. The guy in the store would not even help me get it on the dolly in the store. If I hadn't drove 45min and needed a freezer so bad I would have passed, but I guess it was one of those learning moments, and Karma is a #$%#@!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices and offer warranty on appliances less that 5 years old. 😊
