The place is gorgeous. there's so many healthy products to choose from and get Grocery. My sister and I ate here for the first time, and if you like cold poke bowl, this is the place for you. They do have more options for food, but I got a tuna poke bowl, which everything was a little frozen. Mind you, it did taste amazing because I ate it all! Overall a good experience 😌
I never thought starting SFL would change my life both physically and mentally.
I’m beyond greatful to have such wonderful people who are well trained to guide me through this journey and have years of experience. My coach is Mike Griffin and he teaches me every week how my body works and what we need to do to fuel it. What changes we need to make and what we need to do so we can feel our best. Education is the key to success and Mike has all that knowledge that he’s excited to share with me every week. Mike makes a difference to help you look and feel your best. I’m beyond blessed to be able to work with Mike.
SFL also has fresh, made with local ingredients, meals to go that are spectacular for those who just don’t feel like cooking that day or in a hurry.
At SFL the staff are an absolute delight to deal with, always have a smile and make you feel like part of the family. I also can’t say enough about how immaculate this store is. Just beautiful, so neat, organized and clean.
I’m excited after 6 months to be down 50lbs. I feel better both physically and mentally. I can’t wait to continue another 6 months to get me to where I want to be. This is a lifetime change!
