Simply Strong is a fantastic gym with everything you need! I am so impressed by Micaela. Her patience, knowledge and inspiration are perfect for a newbie to weight lifting like me. She took the guesswork out of weights and made sure my form was safe and effective. The facility is clean and the filtered water system and onsite shower are an excellent bonus. Highly recommend!

Micaela was attentive in her teaching and techniques of proper body movement. I felt safe knowing her focus was undivided and catered to my training needs. As a client who suffers from past back injury, it was assuring to have Micaela's detailed instruction fit for both my body's abilities and limitations. Micaela is insightful; assuring that her method of teaching is safe, sustainable for long-term health, and creative, to make for an invigorating and empowering workout. Such an amazing experience!!!
As a female weights have alway felt daunting, and I never knew where to even begin.
But the personal training at Simply Strong Gym has already helped me feel much more confident and comfortable with it all - and I’m only one session in!!! Micaela is such an excellent teacher, and explained things in a way that helped me grasp the concepts and be excited to perfect them with my next sessions. The teaching style is so tailored and adaptable - when I was slow to understand a movement she would try another approach that clicked. I feel so blessed to have found a trainer that I can have 100% confidence in - you can tell she knows her profession inside and out.
The facility is very well equipped, and a very welcoming and clean environment - a joy to get to workout in such a setting!
