I went today late because I forgot my time of appointment. I like rose to hande my nails but because she is busy she gave me to another technician. I dont like what she did to my nails. She didn't remove the dry skin in my nail. The nail polish is messy. Not professional technician.

I’ve been here 4x now and was so disappointed in my service yesterday. I’ve seen Kelly 3x and she was great. Kind, attentive, and did a great job. I went yesterday and she wasn’t available so I tried a new technician. She was on and off her phone texting while doing my massage, she was also answering the phones and making appointments. I almost never have time to get pampered having two little kids and I was so bummed out that this was my experience. I would rather have not been given an appointment if they were too busy to take me rather than have phone appointments interrupting my entire pedicure on top of texting.

I like this place specially when Rose the other lady does my nails. But now I am disappointed the old lady she messed up the polish on my nails both hands. I paid so much only for it to look like this. It looks like a child painted my nails. Now I have to go home and fix this.
