I grew up going to this gas station in California, and was rather excited to see one open up in Washington. I haven't had a chance to go in, but my wife just came home and was upset over the service she received.
She had an accident and spilled her drink as she was paying, and had to clean most of it up herself. The attendant barely put forth any effort to help her or even offer to let her get a refill of her drink that was now almost gone.
The whole reason for the visit was the signature dinosaur memorabilia the store would sell.
My wife asked where it was, and the clerk shrugged and dismissively told her "We just have some soap" and when asked when more comes, he replied "I don't know, probably never.'
I seriously hope the owner of this franchise reads this and addresses the problems with the staff.
