Both my husband and I get our cars washed at the flashwash on 164th in Vancouver Wa. at least 3 times a month 4 in the summer. We even had the monthly package for a while. We liked your car wash because it would get my SUV and my husbands truck very clean. The last few times I’ve been the cars have not been getting clean. They are not getting dried either. I let the guy know and he said “they are pushing the cars through faster now for summer to get more cars washed” he said “let me see what I can do” A girl came out and I let her know that my car was still wet and still dirty. I tried to show her, she would not look, she just stood back then she ask which wash I paid for, I told her the 10$ wash. She said “Then you need to pay for a better car wash” I said, you are saying the 10$ wash does not actually clean or dry the cars all the way. She said “NO” you just need to pay for a better car wash. I asked if she would let me go back through, she said “Absolutely Not” I said then why would I come back here. She said “I don’t care if you come back” I said do you understand that means you’re loosing 2 regular customers because my husband is behind me. Then my husband came out got out and looked at his truck and realized the same thing. She began talking to him. I left, he continued to talked to her and she told him he could go back through. He waited in line behind several cars and when he came up to his turn she asked him which wash was he’d be paying for. He said didn’t you just say I could go back through? She smiled and said yes and now I’m charging you with a big smile on her face. There was another girl waiting on the customers the PIC came out just to wait on my husband. This was very rude and mean, and he left. This whole experience was very unprofessional and you have lost 2 customers because your Person In Charge does not know how to communicate with costumers. This means because of your PIC the gas station has also lost 2 regular customers. I will let the manger over there know also. I hope you are able to get some customer service training for your PIC then other customers won’t leave because of her, for your sake and the gas stations. Money you are loosing: 80.00 a month for washes, plus another 15.00 for vacuuming etc and the gas station is loosing 644.00 a month in gas from us. We both work full time and drive far so we fill up often.
