DO NOT USE.

We agreed on a price and time for them to come jump a dead battery. "The driver is ready to leave right now". They asked for payment up front. 45 minutes later it turns out the driver was called to an emergency, and either I have to accept the next day or pay more to a "sister company". (Fishy....) Honestly, I can see how things come up, that wasn't an issue for me yet. I found another company who could come out same day (and accepted payment at time of service) so I requested that they cancel our transaction since they were unable to keep their end of the agreement. They refused to refund all of my money, instead holding back $50 (yes, FIFTY) as a "processing fee". What terrible business practices! We were much happier with a different local company. I advise you also to look elsewhere.
