Shopping for a mattress at Sit 'n Sleep in Santa Monica was a a very pleasant experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Alejandro Estrada. We came in looking for a mattress for a 90 year, quickly aging parent. While our need was very specific, we did not know anything about mattresses. And the information and reviews we found online were confusing and often misleading. Alejandro patiently took us through many different options. He explained pros and cons of various manufacturers. He told us about different varieties and features. He had us sit and try out one mattress after another until we found exactly what we were looking for. He made sure we knew what the warranty covered and what it did not and most importantly, how to get the most for our money. We even purchased sheets, covers, and pillows. At the end, we were confident that we were spending the money wisely. Something that is impossible to do while shopping online. Thank you Alejandro. You helped an aging adult be a lot more comfortable.

Alejandro was great to work with. I told him what I was looking for that would satisfy me and my husband. He was patient and explained everything very well with no pressure. I left the store owning a new adjustable bed and mattress.

What an easy experience! Came in looking for a new mattress and the salesperson was so friendly and willing to help. I told him what I was looking for and he made suggestions, and I was in and out of the shop in about 10 minutes (painless!). Delivery was set up for a convenient day, and the delivery guys were in and out super fast, even took my old mattress away. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this place.
