Update: Needed a firmer model so they exchanged it. Shaun was extremely helpful and candid. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Helped me find a better fit.

The service was great, with Shaun providing a warm and welcoming experience and guides you about the mattresses, and Mike efficiently handled the billing process.
