Sales was not very friendly, rude and impatient. I asked questions to confirm if some items are returnable through emails before placing the order, emails were never responded. The order was delivered the next day and was then told those items are not returnable. When I brought up why the emails were never answered before the order was placed, the sales basically said "Too bad, I was busy". Would never shop here again. The delivery person was very nice though.

Loved the employees but I'll be taking my business elsewhere until better business practices are implemented. Management takes no responsibility for staffing issues and then punishes overworked staff claiming they don't do enough. Its disgusting and management needs to step up

I am a homeowner who enjoys DIY projects. During a recent patio remodel I visited this SiteOne 5 times for different products. I worked with 4 different people, each of whom was knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful. They helped me think through the next phases of the project and offered samples when available. In one case they even suggested a competitor because they didn't stock my item.
Having a business to partner with on a DIY project was extremely helpful and I'm looking forward to working with them again!
