Usually pretty good, but they really need to do a little better at guiding people in and telling them where to go. An employee directed me past some cones where everyone was unloading. As I'm almost finished unloading, another employee started shouting at me that I can't unload there. I'm literally doing what your employee directed me to do!

Dec 2023 around 10am I called the office and told me to use gate 2 for recycling
I followed the sign especially when it says STOP and waited less than a minute
A man waved at me and told me where to go
Very organized and they paid good amount

The gentleman who handled my recyclables was very efficient and kind! The lady who cashed out my receipt was very rude and passive aggressive. Be prepared to encounter rude employees who will reprimand you for not reading every single sign at the counter the second you walk up.
