SK has taken extremely good care of me and my 2016 Mini for the last 3 years. They just did an oil change, one of a few they’ve helped me with, and went above and beyond! I had a large bird poop on my windshield, and they cleaned it no questions asked. I am always impressed by how quickly they resolve any issues, and explain things to me in ways I understand without being condescending. I love their thorough inspection process and how it’s posted in an online portal so I can follow my car’s progress in real time! Additionally, I always look forward to the little cards they mail out with special discounts and the team Christmas card over the Holidays. I love this place and the special care they give to customers like me.

SK has been delivering quality service for my 2008 Audi S5 for a number or years now. While I'm not local to their service area (I live in Stanwood), I chose SK to be the service provider of CHOICE for my fun car. Why? A number of reasons. I see how they take great care of the vehicles and the customers each time you interact with them. It's a top notch service. I also pay attention to how well the shop is kept up. The shop is very clean and organized and is a well run operation. The technicians are always very kind when you interact with them. The service manager is always attentive to the situation at hand and responds quickly to communication exchanges. I can't really think of anything I would say I am not pleased with in choosing SK as my go to shop. The fun part for me when I go there is I get to see some really nice cars that people obviously take pride in owning. That same mentality translates to this business which is why I think people choose SK. That's a big one for me as well.

Great service. Dropped off car for service and was able to pick it up at the appointed time. SK provided an inspection video of my car with a written report. Very comprehensive. Have been taking our cars there for years.
