I came here for an estimate after some tweekers broke out the window in my camper that is stored in Moses Lake.
They got me in fast for a quote and the quote blew my mind. I was so in shock I asked if they could fix it right then and there. The price was awesome.
I made an appointment to bring my trailer back and Curtis, who did the repairs did a great job and was very friendly and helpful. He cleaned up the glass mess and installed my window in the time frame he said he would.
I did go to Als for a quote but they never called so don't bother going there. Just come to Skaug's, you won't regret it.

Im upset with the customer service that i received. When you work with people and insurance company, you should understand some people are new at this, and dont necessarily understand how insurance claims work. I've never had to open a claim in my whole life. I had came here after i realized i had a crack and needed it fixed. My insurance had told me i had a 250 dollar deductible, again i am new to this and thought the 250 deductible was what the insurance paid and i had to pay the rest. I understand now that wasent right, it was the opposite. With that being said, my insurance had recommended a different company, which was cheaper. So i called to cancel my appointment here, and the receptionist Becky was very very rude to me!!! Ive never been treated so rudely for canceling an appointment. If she were to have been nice and helped me understand better i may have came here in the future. Not anymore. Learn to be a little nicer to your customers.

Fantastic! I had a deep rock chip and called them right when it happened. I was able to show up, get it fixed, and be out within 15 minutes. The front desk and the man who did it were super sweet and professional. I’m not from the area, so I’m unfamiliar with other glass places. But I’m thankful I stumbled upon them!
