Most of my shoes are from here. Bought the grandkids some sneakers and they were too small. Went back the very next day to exchange and one of the managers couldn't figure out how to fo it without me paying $56+ for the exchange of the very same shoes? Return policy needs some work or at least some thinking.

Great selection of sneakers. Most sandals used velcro straps to secure. Velcro strips eventually come off all sandals. Stretch bands are not adjustable and become worn out. Need to bring back buttons, buckles and string laces without velcro strips to better secure sandals. Also need additional supply of large sandals sizes 9 1/2 to 10. Need additional colors of sandal supply. Otherwise, great inventory and a very clean store.

I had some shoes to exchange that I had bought over a year ago and they happily did the exchange for me I got the new shoes for my son and I bought an extra pair they have 20% off discount right now for Easter that's a great deal. The cashier guy was very nice had great customer service and had a smile all the time. The ones that try to help you find shoes they have an attitude and they never help you find anything you got to do it yourself. But I give the cashier guy a five star I don't know his name he's about 6 ft tall blonde hair .
