Horrible customer service! When they sell you the shoes they love you but if you want to exchange them they will hate you the Britney (store manager) I got the shoes 8 days ago the salesman said I had 40 or 45 day for a return but the manager said she can do nothing for me because they where worn(how can I know if they fit good if I don’t wear them) So I went back to ask for the manager name and they said they can’t tell me so they called her so yea Britney. Long story short nasty attitude pedante never ever going to that store please sketchers retrain you manager
This place is okay, clean and stocked up with shoes. As it's listen as a outlet located at the famous Camarillo Outlet. The reality is from my level of buying sketchers for the last 15yrs. That why I must inform that this place is not a true outlet. I would love a explanation to thier advertising as a outlet. But this is not it with the listed prices they have ongoing. If you compare the shoe prices with other Sketcher locations and other Sketcher Outlets. Your gonna find out that other (not this place) listed outlets prices & carry a variety of low price, plus a additional clearance discount there so making it a deal that can be a honestly labeled as a outlet. This place has shoes for 59.99 as regular price just like the main website and clearance shoes for 45.99 when the reality is that this is not a outlet with outlet prices. Check out the website and near by locations from LA, ORANGE TO RIVERSIDE COUNTY. And stores such as Ontario Mills Mall or Moreno Valley that you can order online to those outlet and ship them to yourself for free. As that carry deals such as buy one get half off. And especially clearance prices with up to 70% off. This place does not do that at all and honestly I don't see the outlet price to this location. Just cause its location does not mean clearance. So again buyer be smart and look around for what is a true outlet.
