This is for Joanna While I was shopping I have noticed one of the employee name Joanna . I myself did not get service by her but noticed how helpful she was with one customer. The customer she was helping literally was trying on ten or more pairs . Not even once she showed any signs of frustration. Whole time she was smiling and being helpful as possible. Catering to customer needs. I was so impressed. That’s why I’m writing this review. Want company & Mgr to know that they have one great employee working at this location.

Visited the new sketchers outlet in Rowland Heights on Colima Road. Nice structure very big ,there is plenty of shoes to choose from is a understatement . They also have apparel wear ,sportswear. The manager helped us out. She was courteous and friendly,even though we haven’t chose a shoe yet we’re coming back.There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls close by.
