I came here about a year ago and got my ears pierced and was nervous as hell. I had done my research and found a sterilized needle done by a pro is the best way to do it. The person here explained it step by step, showed me everything, it was super clean and was almost completely painless. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would highly recommend to others!!!! The other thing I will mention, is I wasn't sure if I had a metal allergy, so I paid for slightly better studs and really liked the opal ones I got. Great selections too! They also told me how to care for my ears if I had any problems. Overall was really easy and they took the worry right out of it!
