I went from initially really liking this place and one of the specialists, Stacey Adams to now thinking they (well the front desk anyway) are quite unprofessional. I was contacted by the surgery scheduler Rachel on 11/10/22 to schedule MOHS surgery. During the call I had a few questions that she could not answer so she said she would connect with the doctors and get back to me. It is now 12/1/22 (3 weeks) and I still haven't heard back from Rachel despite leaving two/three voicemails and an email. The surgery could have already taken place by now. Cleary my thoughts, ideas and concerns are of no concern to this place or Rachel.

In addition to the above, be aware you will get billed by other providers and owe money in addition to your copay as this place sends biopsies to other local places to be read rather than doing it in house. This is the only place I have gone to where biopsies are charged extra and not included with the appointment and your copay.

I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.
