Dr. Shainhouse is INCREDIBLE!!! I literally cannot say enough. She has helped me on so many occasions as questions have come up for myself, my husband and my children. She puts you at such ease with her kindness and compassion and truly makes you feel so taken care of. She has incredible medical expertise and you feel this when you are in her care. She does her utmost to take care of you. No matter where I am I know I can call Dr. Shainhouse and she will give fantastic advice and guidance for our whole family. She was our dermatologist in Los Angeles and although we have since moved from Los Angeles, she is still my NUMBER 1 dermatologist because of her dedication to excellence, incredible expertise and her love for her patients. She is hands down the best and anyone who is lucky enough to be her patient knows this.

Dr. Shainhouse is amazing. While so many doctors’ offices these days feel like factories, this is not so with her —Responsive, attentive, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She is my only choice for my dermatological needs from now on. I give her the highest recommendation!

I love Dr. Shainhouse. Her warm but matter-of-fact demeanor make me feel both welcome but also that I’m getting great care. I came in for one issue, but ended up dealing with three, because I felt so comfortable speaking with her. She suggested treatment options I didn’t think possible, but that matched my comfort level. I’m so glad she is my dermatologist!
