I recently had a very disappointing experience with Skin Sprint in Palo Alto. I had booked an appointment within 24 hours, but due to a last-minute emergency, I had to cancel it by calling them an hour before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, they charged me a $75 cancellation fee.
When I called to explain my situation and request a waiver of the charge, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. They showed no understanding or flexibility despite the genuine nature of my emergency.
I understand the need for cancellation policies, but the lack of empathy and poor customer service was unacceptable. Given this experience, I would not recommend Skin Sprint to anyone who values considerate and understanding customer service.
