Just had a terrible experience after my facial appointment today. When I checked out for my appointment, I was told that I had to pay for it(I had a membership and that was supposed to be part of my benefits) and I was totally confused. There’s no way I should be double paying for these facials! I asked the girl at the reception desk to call her manager and she sounded really reluctant and annoyed. She gave me a HORRIBLE and rude attitude, I’ve NEVER been treated this bad as a customer at anywhere else. She was rude, and terribly inpatient and didn’t try to understand my situation and confusions and rolled her eyes when I spoke with her. (and she completely ignored me - purposely because I asked twice - when I asked for her name before I left) The Asian lady next to her at the reception desk seemed to understand the situation better than her and was helpful and was way nicer.
I’ve been coming to skinworx for hydrafacials for quite a while and was thinking of renewing my membership. This is not gonna happen now. I’d rather spend the money to other studio that knows how to treat their customers. To the owner of this studio, you need to teach your receptionists what’s customer service. If you continue to treat your customers like this you’ll lose them soon. P.s. this happened at around 11am today.
