I paid this company over a year ago as they claimed they had my plans completed in the city. it was all a lie, they have done nothing. Be very careful. Employees do not last very long at this business, they all have told me they start working and he does not pay their salary.

I wanted to personally take the time to thank SKSI for the professional architectural services that I have received. They took the time to understand fully what I needed and not only were they friendly and professional but they really captured exactly what I envisioned.

I signed up the contract to design ADU plans
It’s been more then two years
Nothing done
My money it’s gone
I Waste my money working with Richard and waste my time
I need to start all over again with my project
Very disappointed
Please save your money and time and find someone else !!
