Our family has really enjoyed our stay here at Sky Apartments. The apartments are very modern and stylish. My kids love the sport court which has a great seating area with a fire pit and a beautiful view of the mountains. It's also really nice to have the workout room downstairs when I don't have time to get to the YMCA which is only just a short walk though the nearby park. The apartments are conveniently located just steps from the Metropolitan Market not to mention pizza, subs, Lebanese food, pediatric office, eye doctor, a dentist, and the list goes on (I have personally used both the pediatric office and the eye doctor and both are really great). Also, from what I can tell, the area will continue to add more amenties which will put these apartments in the center of it all.
Everyone who works here have been very friendly. The ladies in the office are extrememly helpful as I have had to use them a number of times to help me with many office tasks. My only "complaint" would be that if you live on the top floor, you will need some blackout shades as the top of the building has a green light that shines during the night. It can be a bit bright. Other than that, a great place to live!
Updating my review: After the change of ownership, I am not happy with the way things have progressed. We had to update our information again with the new owner, and I don't understand why they didn't transfer the tenant details from the previous owner (such as updating car parking and tenant details). The response from the front office staff is unsatisfactory, and I am not comfortable approaching them to discuss these issues.
Overall, the management transition has been poorly handled, and it has left tenants feeling neglected and frustrated. I expected better service and organization, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. I hope improvements are made soon.
