Seth has been fantastic. From customized programs to fit my fitness level to programs that I can do while I am traveling. He really digs in with you to figure out what will work. Highly recommend him.

Seth has been a crucial component of my post injury recovery. He pushes me to not only complete my PT, but also makes sure I understand the mechanics of why I'm doing each exercise. He's also great at modifying and offering alternative exercises for me that work with and around my limitations.

Seth is the best trainer I have worked with. His knowledge of the body is unmatched. This allows him to tailor a fitness program to your needs and help you get the best results. He will make you work for those results though. Worth it!
