I have been flying back and forth between Florida and Washington the past few months and found these guys on my first trip out. The first several times I went it was great! I spent over $500 in total with them in less than a month. On March 14th I bought a Jackaroo (device only for $80). I remember clearly because I called ahead of time and had them get several things I needed together and the total was $179. I didn’t even open the box until I flew home on the 21st. It started shutting itself off right away and the only way to make it power on was to remove the battery and put it back in. I called the store and they suggested I contact the manufacturer since I wasn’t in Washington at the time. The manufacturer requested a video which I sent and then they never responded. I just flew back out here last week and went to the store and they would not honor the return. No, I didn’t have the receipt or box but I did have my debit card, the date and the amount and the transaction number. The device had clearly not been used and the young man tried to be helpful. The female answered the return call from the manager then walked into the back to speak to him. That ticked me off right away and she still continued to engage me. Yes, they have a return policy but I did everything I could to adhere to that and even called them ahead of time. Policies are put in place for a reason and I get that but sometimes some situations will call for an exception and I certainly feel this was one of those times. Disappointing. I don’t really like posting a negative review on Google because people certainly read and make decisions off of them. I left my number for the manager and sent two emails. Nobody cared enough to even respond.
