Trampoline park, great for kids on their days off school or summer time and awesome spot for bday party’s they have individual rooms so you can celebrate! They used to have a night theme disco night… but that’s not happening anymore. The only thing you have to be mindful that the crowd can be very diverse depending on day and time you go. They also sell some food there like fries, pizza, hot dogs ice cream, sodas, chips and slurpy. Faster if you fill out the waiver at home. One of the perks they have like 10 massage chairs :)

So I just called right now to try and cancel my subscription every month because I’m moving. I’ve spent close to 2k here and had a few birthdays here. Had a blast but the two issues I have are with the girl who was on the phone today and a guy who screamed at my kid and my friend’s kid for touching the ropes that make a line. I’ll start with the phone call which was at 10:15am October 10th. I asked her a simple question and she was so mad that she had to answer me on how to cancel my subscription. I called multiple times on general questions which was line 4. I left a voicemail a week ago and no response. So today I called the line 1 to make an appointment and bam they pick up. They choose which lines are more important to pick up. Getting money in is more important than to help a customer who’s had parties there and had all my kids friends come. So I told her she was rude and hung up. Now to the other person which I was going to let it slide but not anymore. On September 20th around 2pm-4pm I can’t remember the exact time but a young man with a flamboyant tone screamed at my daughter literally at the top of his lungs saying don’t touch that! It was the ropes that give you guidance for a line. She just touched it and he screamed like it was the end of the world. My friend’s mom ripped into him and he apologized immediately. His co worker which was a very sweet girl said, “I told you to stop yelling at the kids “. I really like this place but for some reason some of the staff seems unhappy or really angry. Best of luck to this business and I know running a business is hard. Customer service is the key to every business that serves the public

I totally agree with the other posts! Be very careful when you buy ticket there! I took my kid there once in January, bought a ticket at the front desk, recommended by a worker. And I have been auto charged 31.99/month ever since. They refused to refund me any money back. The 30 day membership tickets that they recommend is secretly linked to monthly pay automatically, no reminder, no refund, just money down the drain !
