Looking for place to charge in Bakersfield on my up and down from Kern River, this place was a breeze. While Electrify America was choice of charging at first, quickly realized that most of them were either out-of-service or there was a long wait due to lack of infrastructure around this busy area. Decided to stop here for a quick juice on my EV, found plenty of empty spots and done. Charge rate was at 70kw which is not super fast but works for me.
