Bogus charge on my credit card 4 years after closing this account.. I believe the account was hacked and now they want me to upload pictures of my drivers license to verify my identity. I do not trust giving them anymore information as they've already been hacked and have made charges on my credit card.
The email address is a work address at a company/email address that no longer exists and I haven't worked at this company in 3 years as they shuttered.
This is our third VoIP Service provider and by far the best. Our first provider was excellent but extremely expensive. Our second service was reasonable but lacked functionality and service. SkyeBlue is a combination of excellent functionality and cost effective. We have been happy with the quality of calls and the ease of the reporting. We have a large volume of calls and modify our schedule to meet the demands. Using the clear and easy call reporting has made effective staffing possible, no more guess work. The functions are limitless. I have not yet found something this phone system could not do. I would highly recommend SkyeBlue. The costumer care is top tier.
