Shadiest "contractors" in eastern Washington. These people are the reason for the check my contractor section of the L&I website. Steve Spady is only good at being shady. He never paid for the drywall work my company did on his OWN HOUSE! Last I heard, nobody from the foundation to the roof got paid for the work they did on his million dollar home at the old fish hatchery there in Spokane. He is robbing Spokane one small business at a time. Getting rich off other mens backs. It's a shame he's such a dirt bag..
