This was my first time working with them and I will not be coming back to them, I worked with multiple people, and with all my encounters I had horrible customer service each time. After I placed my order I asked for an invoice and they said they would send it out. Three days later still no invoice, and when I called they said they couldn't find my order, apparently it never got put in, which was very frustrating. I then asked for an invoice again and they said they would send it out that day, did not receive it until I called a third time the next day. Then the day of, my delivery I got a call at 7:20 in the morning telling me they couldn't fulfill a third of my order, I was already stressed out that day and they rushed me slightly saying that the delivery truck would be heading out soon. I picked new flowers and was told that I was saving $8 and somewhat cents I asked them how I would be able to get a refund the response I was given was "Well it's just eight dollars but I guess if you want it you could call later and figure it out with the accountant." which to me was not professional whatsoever. They did text me after saying that they forgot to include tax so I would have to pay more than whatever I paid for but told me that they would just call it even. I was told delivery at the latest would be before 10:30 am so I called wondering if they forgot to drop off my order, the person on the other end told me they would call the driver and then get back to me. I did not receive a call back from the same person until my driver called me 35 minutes later. The boxes the flowers came in were so stuffed that they were flattened and some of the heads of the flowers were snapped off. I understand that it was Valentine's week so they were a lot busier than usual but the customer service I received throughout this experience and the way the flowers came packaged was horrible. I did not think the service fee I had to pay equaled the level of service I received. I also never leave reviews but this experience was not great and I wanted people to know what my experience was like before you took your business to them.
