Would give zero stars if I could. Rude, very rude receptionist, have been trying to prove a bill has been paid for over 8 months now. They have no skills, professional or personal. No one seems to have a clue what they are doing.

Stupid collection agency,fat lady on the phone laughs like a witch. People are rude and will do anything to get under your skin. I thinks this counts as harassment. Not gonna get intimidated into paying bills I'm fighting for in court.The fat lady can sing all she wants,not getting a penny out of me!!!!!

Got a letter from these guys saying I owe money. The original company said I never owed money before as I made under a certain amount. Also, the letter didn't have an actual name on the envelope. I would say that's against Canada Post regulations to not have the company's name and address on the envelope. If I tried that the letter would just be returned to me.
