We worked with Sky’s the Limit Entertainment for our wedding in Mill Valley in July and we cannot thank them enough for helping to make our wedding embody the fun and carefree vibes we envisioned with their MC-ing, DJ-ing and Photobooth services. Sky’s the Limit services included prep materials, meetings, songs / genre recommendations, and thoughtful and engaging MC-ing; other services like song editing, etc. are also available for an additional fee. Since we knew the music genre we wanted for the big parts of our day, we relied on DJ Emil’s expertise to tailor and adjust as needed on the day to enhance or create the vibe for different parts of our wedding. He executed everything perfectly, and his recommendations for whatever we didn’t have a preference for were perfect! Our dance song needed to be edited for the dance routine we found on youtube (shout out to the dance professionals at Steezy Studios), and DJ Emil edited it precisely, accurately, and quickly! DJ Emil’s deep music knowledge is invaluable and, depending on what your relationship is with music, he seems to be able to provide the right level of guidance anyone would need.
DJ Emil’s organized work style enabled us to use our wedding planning time effectively by focusing on the music only when it was needed, and with his high caliber of work, we never worried needlessly. We trusted that he would tell us if he needed something from us and vice versa. His MC-ing throughout the reception injected so much energy, fun, and love at the right moments for our wedding and helped us fully realize the importance of a great MC! He hyped us up for our entrance, got our guests organized for the food and photobooths, made us dance nonstop, and nearly brought us to tears at the end of the night when he surprised us with a sweet couple moment. Our guests commented on how helpful it was to know what was happening when–a testament to how well he worked with our wonderful coordinator, Queen’s Creative Events, to keep everything running smoothly and on time. And last but not least, the photobooth was such a hit with our guests!!! Devin Ariel worked with us to get our formatting for the photostrips and the landing pages and her attention to detail and collaborative approach was deeply appreciated. On the day of, we were so grateful for Devin Ariel’s management of the photobooth–from ensuring it was working smoothly, to nudging our guests to include a copy in our guestbook, and for all the help and guidance throughout the night as people (including us) kept going back to it! She was so patient, kind, and friendly and it made a huge difference in everyone’s experience using the photobooth. Also the photobooth itself was super modern with many cool features, and we had no idea it would come with so many fun props! Thank you DJ Emil and Devin Ariel for helping to make our wedding day as fun and joyous as it was!
