Talked with the owner, Eric. I was sent there by my chiropractor. I explained that I needed a firm, inner-spring that was Cal King. He not only showed me my options, but also explained the differences and showed me examples of the interior structure. He was very educational and not high-pressure in the least. When my purchase was delivered the crew that delivered was the most professional delivery people I've ever experienced!! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a bed. They make everything right there and even create custom made bedding if you have a camper or other unusual needs.

Matress was fine but the box frame was poorly designed or made. Requested and expected a regular sturdy box springs for the matress set but instead of cross-beam reinforced box springs we purchased before from them years ago we got this flimsy, poorly made thing that was mostly just an outside frame of wood to support. Matress began to sag badly within the first few weeks and complaints to the store for the inadequate design was met with us being told to bring it back some 50 mi. away in a Toyota Prius! Figured out a way to bolster the bed frame support with vertical wood pieces that made it work - but not the sturdy box springs design we expected or purchased from them years ago. Something changed in the design and/or manufacturing process over the years.
