This place got some audacity.

Brought my friend from outta town here just so we could enjoy some salmon since she's never had anything but Atlantic.

It was over cooked (dry as all get out) and overly salted.

For the amount it cost, highly disappointed.

The French onion soup was ridic sweet.

And the crab cake was underwhelming and lacking basic seasoning.

The server was attentive. So at least there was that.

Won't be back.

I had been meaning to try the steakhouse ever since the new hotel opened. However, I always assumed that you needed reservations. That may have been true when it first opened, but now it seems like it must be pretty easy to walk in. We were able to get a table right away. And this was on a pretty busy Saturday night at the casino. I really enjoyed my salmon. My husband‘s pasta dish was a little bit rich, but also very tasty. There is a nice view of industrial Tacoma.

Took my partner here for our anniversary and it was a great experience. The food was well prepared and the service was excellent. Amber got the prawn scampi and I ordered the Filet with Ceasar salads. We Started with the scallops appetizer and finished with the dessert tray. Was a great night and will likely visit again when we are in the area.
