Scott was highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. No pressure, super patient, and seemingly knew and was happy to impart everything about the mattress world. So happy to work with him. As long as Scott works for Sleep City, it'll be the only place I buy my mattresses.

While other mattress stores were pushy and salesey, sleep city was extremely kind and accommodating to my budget and needs. The sales rep helped me find my perfect mattress and made sure I had the right box spring to go with my bed frame and the height I wanted. Would definitely recommend for quality, honesty, and friendliness.

My boyfriend and I went to two mattress stores yesterday to research a future purchase, here and a larger competitor across the street. At the other store, the salesman was mildly helpful in directing us to the right sort of mattress but when we prepared to leave, he turned on the high pressure tactics and I left feeling glad to be gone. The difference upon going to Sleep City was night and day. We were allowed to browse alone for a few minutes before a salesman, Scott, came over and started talking about the bed we were looking at again (since they had the same line), and the other models in the brand. He was extremely informative and took the time to educate us on the history of the kinds of mattresses we were looking at, why they were priced the way they were, how other brands construct their products, what to look for to find a good mattress, etc. He gave excellent advice and guidance with no pressure. I am 500x more likely to purchase from this local, helpful company than the other place with the TV commercials.
