We went to Valley Fair to try out Purple, but ended up seeing Sleep Number on our way there so we decided to stop by. We were fully planning on buying a Purple or Casper - but Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up buying from Sleep Number! We had a great experience working with Jordan and highly recommend.

I had a great purchasing experience with Ha-Rim. He is nice, patience and explain the features of the mattress in a good way. I did not plan to buy the pillow when I walked into the store. However, the way Ha-rim talked to me makes me really want to buy the products from the store.

Jordan assisted us and he was fantastic! He walked us through all the options and also helped us understand what's the best setting for us. He was very patient in answering all our queries and gave us the time to make a decision and try the beds. Further Jordan is very knowledgeable and did a great job in helping us find a great bed. I have backpain and Jordan was very understanding of that and helped us figure out an appropriate option. Sleep number has this cool thing where they helped us understand our setting (firmness). Jordan helped us out with all of this.
