Worst product ever made. Do not waste your money! Also worst customer service been having the same issues for months since we got the bed they have replaced every part that can be replaced and still having the same issue when you set to your sleep number and it says its at a 40 but feels like its at 100 rock hard. Asked to speak to someone higher up and kept getting the same guy i believe his name is brett every time and was told by him higher up managers wouldnt waste their time talking to us to fix the problem. Then they never followed up again.
Wish i could give no stars

Julian has a great grasp and understanding of how each level will be beneficial or maybe don't need to upgrade. I would suggest go see him he not a forceful mattress salesman.

Terrible customer service!!! Especially Julian, very unprofessional!! Disappointing to know people like him are managers and treat customers with no respect! Super defensive about a question I asked and started mumbling as I walked away from the counter. I’m sure he would have not acted the way he did if I was accompanied, but of course he took advantage of the fact that I’m a women and was there by myself. Don’t trust them! They definitely don’t care how they get you to buy and then they trap you once you’ve signed even though the sale was made on lies. I don’t recommend and mostly based off of their customer care.
