We went in to the store to look at a new mattress for my wife and I. Abigail was there ready to help us and she was so patient and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were going to go look at other mattress stores to company, but Abigail really did a great job explaining everything and her customer service was amazing. We decided to just go with the Sleep Number bed because of our experience and the quality of the bed as well.

Our sales guy was amazing. Mark really made this a breeze. Very informative, made my wife and I feel very comfortable and walked us through the process of finding our sleep number. He was also very patient with us. Allowing us to try every mattress, sometimes more than once. It was important to him that we found a mattress we loved. Also very knowledgeable about the warranty. Broke it down line by line. We must of been there for 90 minutes or so, but it felt like 10 minutes. Never had this much fun buying a bed.

I have always seen ads or commercials of Sleep Number Beds for as long as I remember so I decided to finally invest in one. I went in to the South Coast-Bristol location not knowing what to expect. The salesperson that helped us out that evening was Alan. He approached us in a super kind manner and proceeded to walk us around the store showing us each bed. He took my existing back pain into consideration when showing us each bed as well. We had to wait on one bed for about 30 minutes because of other buyers hanging out on it but no time was wasted as Alan directed us to see our financing options. He was just the kind of salesperson we needed to make our experience a great one. Chris who is the store manager at the location was also extremely helpful in the following days as there was a small hiccup in our order. He and Aland quickly addressed the issue and offered solutions that best fit our needs. Please do yourself the favor and go in to the South Coast- Bristol location if you are thinking about buying a Sleep Number Bed!
