Excellent experience. Our salesman Gavin was super patient and very informative. He knows his stuff! He wasn't high pressure and listened closely to what we were saying so that he could get us to the right bed fit for our bodies! Cannot wait for our bed to arrive! Thanks Gavin you and Taylor were super welcoming and accommodating! Kudos to you! Customer service is alive and well at your store!

My wife and I had a great experience with Gavin Garrett at your N. Division store in Spokane, WA. Gavin is a perfect example of professionalism and customer caring. His extensive knowledge of not only the various Sleep Number products / accessories, but also the tips and means he offered to achieve a restful night's sleep were greatly appreciated and proved to be invaluable. He responded to my many questions with the patience and knowledge of a seasoned professional. It was obvious that his responses were accurate and to the point without any of the typical "salesmanship" often experienced elsewhere. Without question, Gavin earned our trust and confidence --which resulted in the purchase of a 360 Smart Bed ---our third Sleep Number over the past 30+ years.

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE HORRIBLE BEDS! If you enjoy sleep or relations with your partner avoid this bed at all costs. The queen bed is a side by side air mattress covered with foam, nothing more. For $3000 you get 2 air mattresses that sag in the middle so bad don't even try sleeping on your side. The sleep number settings are not accurate or consistent. Changing from 100 to 50 makes no difference and is executed immediately by the app with no response by the bed so how is 50 and 100 the same? But 35 to 30 is like letting all the air out and your bottomed out. Honestly, I slept better in jail.

Do not accept free delivery for the base because you cannot return the base. Returning the mattress costs $249 so the 100 night sleep guarantee is deceptive and a scam. Worst purchase I ever made by far.

THIS WHOLE THING IS A SCAM, DO NOT GET INVOLVED. YOU WILL REGRET EVER PURCHASING THIS SNAKE OIL PRODUCT. WATCH OUT FOR THE "PROMOTIONS", THEY ARE DESIGNED TO TRAP THE CONSUMERS. CORPORATE THEIVERY AT ITS WORST!!
