Jeff helped us with our purchase. He was very informative about the sleep number beds and how they work. He was super patient and gave us space and time to make the right decision for us. I would send any of my friends with sleep problems to see Jeff

My Sleep Number Experience after 3 years of having my bed. Sales are very helpful and convincing as to why you should invest in your sleep, right. Because we spend 25k + on a vehicle why are we sacrificing our sleep buying cheep uncomfortable mattresses, right. Purchase went smoothly of course, during installation technician realized that one of the foot warming pad was not working, we had to wait a 6 weeks for the replacement to arrive and to have it installed, as soon as the 3 year warranty ended the same warming pad quit working and had to pay a percentage of the part to get it replaced on top of technician fee of $99 to come and install now have to pay another $99 technician fee because of the air chamber is not working a total of $299 you would think that they had a better warranty for a 10k + bed that now is costing me close to $11K and I feel so used and stupid for buying a bed that has only causing me stress instead of a good night sleep. So Watch out and read the fine print in your warranty please. Because it is a SLEEP NUMNER but in my case is this kind of $$$$ number.

Jeff and Chris at the store made buying a bed very easy. We were shown what the benefits of the bed were and the pricing was up front and honest. Jeff did a great job "selling" the bed without me feeling pressured. We made several trips to compare beds and went back and forth on our choices. Both Jeff and the manager Chris were patient and continued to show us options to ensure we got the right bed. Even suggesting lower priced options. Could not have been a nicer experience.
