Went in to see about a sleep number bed after my waterbed sprung a leak.. I'm getting too old to deal with that anymore.Jessica assisted me. She was so nice and patient. She wasn't pushy, let me decide on my own. I ordered my new bed and received 2 days ago. Delivery was on time and quick. I love my new bed. Didn't think I would find a bed I liked as much as my waterbed, but I do. Thank you Jessica for all of your help!. I love my new bed and it has the approval of the cat and dog. Thank you!

We had a very good experience at the Union Gap store. Our sales person spent a lot of time with us explaining our various options and the differences in the different beds we tried. Looking forward to our delivery and hopefully our bed will be as comfortable as the one we tried in the store.

Great experience despite COVID restrictions. The store manager came in to assist me as the onsite sales person was already engaged with a couple that apparently needed to spend the night to determine if they wanted a mattress (that guy had a lot of patience). All options were discussed, and prices gone over thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. I really appreciate all that information - I can't wait to receive my purchase which is coming via UPS.
