My husband and I went in to look for a new mattress because we were looking to sleep better as well as not wake up with aches and pains. Hillary was extremely knowledgable and took care of us right away. She showed us the whole process of selecting a new bed, the sleep number system and how it benefits your comfortability as you sleep. We probably spent 3 hours or so testing mattresses and asking questions. She stayed later than she need to and helped us the whole time! She was so sweet and caring! I would give her 10 stars for her service if I could! In all, we got our mattress delivered in October. The guys who brought it in and set it up were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. After having the bed for over 3 months now we can say that we are IN LOVE with this bed! Thank you so much Hillary for your patience and kindness with us as we navigated a tough decision! Highly recommend. (p.s. I also got the sleep number weighted blanket that Hillary recommended. I ended up asking for it for my birthday the other month and now I use it every night! It was just a little extra touch to help me stay cozy and comforted! Thanks again Hillary!)
I just want to shout out to the Redding store staffs especially Hillary and Steven. We were first greeted by Steven and he gave us a very thorough introduction. Due to time limit, we returned again the next day. Hillary hosted us and walked us through the whole process again, trying the mattresses again, explaining even more to us what to pick.. we ended up getting sheets and pillows. It was a great experience with them.
